In July, Dr. Francesco Debellis attended the IFERA - International Family Enterprise Research Academy annual meeting in Krakow.
Two of his papers were presented during the conference:
- "Marital status of female directors and family firm environmental performance" co-authored with Giovanna Campopiano, Vincenzo Vastola and Domenico Cambrea
- "Managing tradition vs. innovation paradox for unleashing global entrepreneurial expansion" co-authored with Emanuela Rondi and Alfredo De Massis. The present was shortlisted for the best paper award both in the conference theme and in family business entrepreneurship.
