Last week in Zadar (Croatia), Francesco Debellis and Giulia Galizzi attended the IFERA - International Family Enterprise Research Academy 2025 Annual Conference.
Dr. Debellis served as a mentor at the Doctoral Colloquium, while Mrs. Galizzi presented her paper titled “Ownership, Relationships, and International Growth: The Process of Network Embeddedness in Family Firms”, co-authored with Francesco Debellis, Emmanuella Plakoyiannaki, Emanuela Rondi, and Salvatore Sciascia.

The conference offered an excellent opportunity to engage with both leading and emerging scholars in the family business field, discuss its evolution, and exchange constructive feedback on ongoing research projects.
